نهنئكم على تخرجكم و حصولكم على المؤهل الذي اوفدتم لنيله. و لتكملة إجراءاتكم يرجى الدخول على نظام البعثات على الرابط

و طلب اعتماد المؤهل الأكاديمي الذي تحصلتم عليه و ذلك باتباع الخطوات في الدليل المرفق. و ننوه إلى أنه يجب ادراجالتالي لطلب الإعتماد

أ-    شهادة المؤهل الدراسيDiploma 

ب-    كشف الدرجات النهائي  المؤكد على

   

    إكتساب الدرجة العلمية و تاريخ الحصول عليها بوجود معلومة

       (Degree Awarded/ Degree Conferred- Date)

      

ج-    إفادة تخرج. رسالة رسمية من الجامعة تؤكد تاريخ الإلتحاق بالجامعة، تاريخ التخرج، الدرجة العلمية، التخصص، التخصص الفرعي إن وجد، والمعدل التراكمي.

وننوه ان الملحقية لا تقوم باعتماد الشهادات وانما تعتمد من قبل دائرة معادلة المؤهلات والاعتراف بوزارة العليم العالي وذلك برفع طلب اعتماد عن طريق نظام وزارة التعليم العالي (اساس) حسب الخطوات التالية

Here’s the standard attestation instructions:

 Instructions:

1.  Go to www.mohe.gov.om and complete registration (student sign up).

2. Log In (enter ID number and password).

3. Click student requests.

4. Request Type: select Equivalence/attestation documents.

5. Upload all required documents and submit request.

To process your request, please send the following documents:
 1.  Clear copy of diploma/certificate

 2.  Clear copy of FINAL transcript (it states, ‘degree awarded’ on the transcript)

 3. Signed authorization form

 4. Copy of passport

 5. Verification letter from the schools/universities

IMPORTANT:  Verification letter should include name, degree and major, and graduation date.  In addition, it should state the number of online courses taken, if any, and if not, it should state ‘no online classes taken’.

***NOTE:  Please make sure that all information is correct, and all required documents are uploaded.  Any discrepancy or incomplete documentation will be subject for correction or rejection.

بسبب انتشار الكثير من حالات الاحتيال والنصب عبر الانترنت نود التنويه والتأكيد بعدم التجاوب لاي جهة غير موثوقة

ونؤكد على ضرورة التواصل مع الوزارة او الملحقية بهذا الخصوص. ومن الجدير بالذكر ان الجهات المعتمدة والموثوقة في العالم لا تتعامل بتحويل الأموال بشكل مباشر وانما هناك طرق امنيه مختلفة للتحويل، لذا نرجو منكم اخذ الحيطة والحذر في هذا الموضوع
